Return Policy

Great Lakes Lighting honors the manufacturer’s warranties on all products we sell. We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase. If a product purchased at GreatLakesLighting.com does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it with receipt within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We will not accept any returns without a receipt. Returned products must be in new condition, be in original packaging and include all original parts. Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use may not be returned or exchanged. Within 30 days, products may be returned to our Returns Processing Center. Before returning a product to our Returns Processing Center, please email info@greatlakeslighting.com for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

At Great Lakes Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may decide that you no longer want the product that you purchased from us. In a situation such as this, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase. If you return them to us in used condition without the original packaging, etc. we reserve the right to not take your return. Simply put, if you return it in the condition you got it, we will return it for you for up to 30 days.
